We have had a problem in the loading of the program with some of the DELL computers. The following is help information from Iprax on this problem:

>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
If your computer has a wheelie mouse driver installed, it may interfere with the Courseworks install. This driver only has to be disabled during the Courseworks installation.

To determine whether the driver is present, press [ctrl] [alt] [del] in Windows and the "Close Program" window will come up for Win 98/95, or the "Task Manager" window will come up for NT. This window shows the processes currently running. Look in this list for either "point 32" or "mswheel". If either are present, highlight the program and click on the [end task] button. Wait a minute for the Error Window to come up and choose to End Task.

Also please note that Courseworks software does not work properly on the NT Server platform. >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

The Courseworks program is widely used, however, as in all computer software/hardware marriages problems do occur.
