Florescu Promoted to Rank of Knight Commander
In recognition of his outstanding work in both education and in the public good of Romania, Prof. Radu Florescu, Ph.D., was promoted on November 9, 1997 to the rank of Knight Commander of the Holy Sepulchre. Here, the Sovereign Grand Commander presents the new Commander with his Warrant of Promotion. The new Commander holds the Commander's Breast Star.
