The Town/Gown Wizards

Assembly #292)
The TGWizards is Assembly # 292 of The
Society of American Magaicians, a group of
magicians in the Northern Colorado/Greeley area who are interested in
the art
and
performance of magic with coins, cards, magical apparatus,
sleight-of-hand, and all the items and surroundings of magic. Our
members do closeup magic, as well as parlor, street, and stage magic.
Our membership consists of both professional and hobbyist magicians.
We call ourselves the Town/Gown Wizards because we draw
our membership from the Town (Greeley area) and Gown (our local
university).
Currently, we are the newest
Assembly (chartered in July of 2008) of the Society of American
Magicians, the world's
oldest magical society, founded in
1902. Houdini was S.A.M. President for many years.
